Tommy Hagan is a gay cis male. (He was originally trans, but that gave me some dysphoria.) Since this is Indiana, there will probably be some closeted homophobia on this page. He's 18, ships with chem. There will be alot of lewd present on this account, you have been warned. While were on the topic of lewd, I will not do lewd with a character who is a minor or a character who has a minor fc. Also, Tommy is a very very bratty sub.

He’s 5’3, and he’s a tiny ball of rage. He’s also adopted, and has knows Steve (@SMHARRINGTON) since like 4th grade.
Once his mom died, his dad became an alcoholic, taking his anger out on the young boy. The neighbors caught on, and CPS were called. He was taken from his father, and after a month in a foster home, he settled down with his adoptive family.
